30 Day Challenge: Day 8

Your best and worst high school memory.

Well considering I'm going through my second year of high school right now, I'm just going to have to say something from this or last year.

My best high school memory was winning the Coach's Award at the track banquet. My freshman year and I got an award! Not everyone did.

Now that I think about it, a lot of my 9th grade track "career" had good memories.  Like the time I ran a 60 second 400 m dash, I thought I was badass then, lol. Later, I worked my butt off to the state meet (again, as a freshman!) and at state I ran my fastest 400 to date...59 seconds! I was so proud. I worked so hard and was so happy to finally reach my goal. Not to mention that I finally got to the 50 second range.

My worst high school memory? I don't really have one. Apart from feeling like I've lost my best friend several times, I've had a pretty decent high school life.

30 Day Challenge: Day 7

A phrase or saying you don't like.

derp.com
"That is legit."

I'm sorry but it makes people sound really stupid. Like..."oh, that movie was so legit."

Really? I would hope it was real...

"My mom brought home the best cake, now that is legit."

Well hopefully the cake isn't fake...

It just annoys me, it always has.

I've heard it movies, heard it in real life, but I really do not like hearing it.

I just want to go over there and correct that person, it sounds so stupid.

Ugh, who starts these weird phrases anyway?

30 Day Challenge: Day 6

On a happier note than my last post, let's get on with the challenge.

Top five favorite movies.

Well this first one is no secret. I am obsessed with Titanic, it's my favorite movie of all time. So romantic!

Next would be My Sister's Keeper, my second favorite movie of all time. It's a touching story that makes me cry every time.

Another movie I love is The Time Traveler's Wife. The ending is really sad and I wish it ended differently but it's a good movie anyway.

Wow, five. I can't think of anything else at the moment...oh! Salt, with Angelina Jolie. Really amazing movie! I love pretty much any movie she stars in. I'm hoping there will be a sequel considering the way Salt ended.

Last one, hmm...? I'd say Mean Girls. Remember when I was mad about the sequel to Mean Girls, Mean Girls 2? Well, it's because I really love that movie! Seriously, one of the best movies by Disney and one of my favorite movies of all time.

If you haven't seen any of these movies, please get off your butt and go out and find them! You will not regret it.

P.S. How funny is this? "Jack is back". LOL, right...

The Place I Used to Call "Home"

http://www.coconutcreekrealestateagents.com
Today I passed by my old house, the one the creditors took from us.

It was actually really hard for me, I expected that I would just see it and that would be it, but it really hurt.

The new owners rented the house and they also remodeled it.

I'll be the first to admit that the remodeling looks nice, but they also changed the color of it, the front door, the mail box--almost everything on the outside

It's like they erased everything about it that I loved. I grew up there, for most of my childhood, and now none of that even matters.

Someone is living there now, and it's not me...it's just hard to believe.

I wish I could go over there and steal the house, then kill them.

I hate that we had to leave, and I hate that I have to live in this ugly, smelly, small, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, crammed, privacy-free townhouse in the most "ghetto" part of the neighborhood.

It just sucks.

I almost cried as I saw the house, seriously, I would do anything to have it back and live there again. ANYTHING.

Life is not the same anymore.

At first I was happy to leave the house, you know, not having to wake up everyday wondering if this was going to be the day that we were going to have to give up the house. But now...now I'm just sad about it. It's all gone.

You may think I'm just over reacting and that it's not "that big of a deal", but you're wrong. You'd never understand until it happens to you.

That house has so much history, so much of my life and now it's just gone and no one will even remember except for the people who lost part of their lives in that house.

30 Day Challenge: Day 5

Something no one would guess about you.

What is something no one would guess about me? I have already told you basically everything about me.

Well, I love being weird.

And not just "say weird things, make weird faces" type of thing.

I mean, on a normal Friday night (if I am home), you can easily find me upstairs, in my room, dancing ans singing to Adele and Jessie J with my Barbie wig and a prom dress on.

It gets really intense too, sometimes I go one step further from lip singing to actual singing, or even humming. The humming comes in on the high notes...

There's actual choreography for the Jessie J songs. I might do the same "dance moves" for the chorus something like that.

And if I haven't weirded you out enough, I'll even do my makeup on days that I'm feeling extra into it!

I'll stop now before someone calls the mental institution on me.
